Having so much fun shopping for my new client (who knew spending someone else's $ could be so much fun!!).  I've got almost all the curtains and fabric purchased - just have to find one more nice bathroom window curtain.  I really think he's going to love them all.  Can't wait for the fabric to come in so I can start sewing!!!  Pics to follow when the fabric comes in!!

First decorating client!!!

Wahoo!  Thanks to my besty I have my first decorating client!!  Starting with curtains then lots of things for the blank walls!!!  The house is almost a blank slate!!  So excited!  I'll post pics as I go.  Thanks Annie!!!

The first of many pet beds.  Is your pet special?  These beds are made for all the special pets out there.  These beds are made of all reused materials and therefore each is a one-of-a-kind.  They can be purchased direct through me or can be seen and purchased at Pink Flamingo Thrift & Consignment which will include a distributor fee and tax.  The prices vary due to container, drawer (lg. or sm.) suitcase (lg. or sm.) and baskets (lg. or sm.).  That said this one sells for $65.  I'll post one of each version shortly.  They can be semi-custom made as to container and color if available.  Call or email me quick!

DIY mini firepit!

Love this - so easy and ready to enjoy in hours.  "Borrowed" the idea from friends!  (Thanks DK and Bestie!)  Theirs is gorgeous larger!  Maybe someday mine will grow up and be a bigger firepit - but until then....love this one!  You should try it!

New mirror

Check out my new mirror - I've seen similar on t.v. and in magazines and decided to try it myself.  Came out pretty good if I do say so myself.  I will sell locally only because to be honest I wouldn't begin to know how to ship this let alone how much it would cost!!  Please tell me what you think.  Thanks

New Living Room table

I picked up a new table for my living room this week - I just wasn't happy with the size, color or design of the other one.  Love the new one - it started out brown but became glossy black!  Love how much space it gives me and I got rid of the 6 foot window seat and replaced it with the swivel chair that was in my bedroom (a yard sale find from a couple of years ago) and added a $2 crate as an end table/toy box for Buster's toys (this came from one of my favorite thrift stores - Second Blessings in South Daytona).  Totally un-crowds the room.  I also added the $2 doors for accent.  (I bought these doors at a yard sale this weekend but you can find plenty at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore and at the Vertical Thrift Store in South Daytona) I had the window seat built when I had three dogs because they all loved to look out the window.  Now it's being repurposed in my son's room as a t.v. table and storage for a small portion of his video games.  Re-love and re-use!

new work dresses

Check out these scores from this weekend!  This black and white wrap dress is a classic - wraps never go out.  $2.50!  Unlimited accessory possibilities but these bangles were a steal too!!

Then there was this beautiful bright flower print dress with all my favorite colors.  Are you sitting down - the dress was $1.78!!! the bracelets were .50 & $1.00!  Just need to find the perfect belt!

How about a button picture frame...this one is 4" x 6" and for $20 is a bargain.  They can be custom made for size (price adjusted accordingly) and/or color and no two will be alike.  Have a favorite color - how about all buttons in the same color or how about coordinated to the colors in the picture.  Email me...
