Way better than Saturday - Tuesdays seem to be an awesome day for thrifting I got so many great deals my head was spinning!!!

DIY mini firepit!

Love this - so easy and ready to enjoy in hours.  "Borrowed" the idea from friends!  (Thanks DK and Bestie!)  Theirs is gorgeous larger!  Maybe someday mine will grow up and be a bigger firepit - but until then....love this one!  You should try it!

New mirror

Check out my new mirror - I've seen similar on t.v. and in magazines and decided to try it myself.  Came out pretty good if I do say so myself.  I will sell locally only because to be honest I wouldn't begin to know how to ship this let alone how much it would cost!!  Please tell me what you think.  Thanks 

Monthly drawings starting up again!

New Living Room table

I picked up a new table for my living room this week - I just wasn't happy with the size, color or design of the other one.  Love the new one - it started out brown but became glossy black!  Love how much space it gives me and I got rid of the 6 foot window seat and replaced it with the swivel chair that was in my bedroom (a yard sale find from a couple of years ago) and added a $2 crate as an end table/toy box for Buster's toys (this came from one of my favorite thrift stores - Second Blessings in South Daytona).  Totally un-crowds the room.  I also added the $2 doors for accent.  (I bought these doors at a yard sale this weekend but you can find plenty at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore and at the Vertical Thrift Store in South Daytona) I had the window seat built when I had three dogs because they all loved to look out the window.  Now it's being repurposed in my son's room as a t.v. table and storage for a small portion of his video games.  Re-love and re-use!

new work dresses

Check out these scores from this weekend!  This black and white wrap dress is a classic - wraps never go out.  $2.50!  Unlimited accessory possibilities but these bangles were a steal too!!

Then there was this beautiful bright flower print dress with all my favorite colors.  Are you sitting down - the dress was $1.78!!! the bracelets were .50 & $1.00!  Just need to find the perfect belt!
